Butler was appointed to the newly created role and is responsible for spearheading IT strategy, innovation, modernization and delivery for the organization. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, IT and CIO (Applebee’s and IHOP) for Dine Brands Global, and had formerly been with Target for several years. Butler has a B.S. in Computer Science from Grambling State University, an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Doctorate in Management from University of Maryland University College.

Glenn Remoreras named CIO for Mark Anthony Group

Remoreras joins the organization from Constellation Brands, where he was Vice President IT, Strategic Partner and Office of the CIO. In his new role, he is tasked with evolving the technology function to mirror the company’s growth and strategic objectives. He is also a board member with the Business Relationship Management (BRM) Institute. Remoreras has a BS in Computer Studies, Information Technology from De La Salle University and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Catalent Pharma names Charles Lickfold as Senior Vice President and CIO

Lickfold will oversee global IT services and technology for the company, as well as be responsible for the ongoing digital transformation. He was most recently CIO for Alcami Corporation, and prior to that was Executive Vice President and CIO with Avara Pharmaceutical Services. Lickfold holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering at the University of Kentucky.

Deanna Johnston joins Ansell as Senior Vice President and CIO

Johnston comes to the company from Shisheido Americas, where she was CIO. She previously held the CIO position at both Haier America and Belkin. She has more than 25 years of IT experience, with nine years as CIO. Johnston holds a BA in Business (Finance) from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Werner Enterprises names Daragh Mahon as Executive Vice President and CIO  

Mahon joins the organization from Vonage where he had been Senior Vice President – Global IT and Business Applications. Prior to that, he had been with Sage for many years. Mahon attended Athlone Institute of Technology.

Mount Sinai Health System promotes Kristin Myers to Executive Vice President, CIO and Dean for IT

Kristin Myers, Executive Vice President, CIO and Dean for IT, Mount Sinai Health System Mount Sinai Health System

Myers, who has been with the organization for many years, was promoted from the role of Senior Vice President for Technology. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, driving agility to support overall strategy, and enabling digital transformation. Myers holds a Bachelor of Information Technology/Bachelor of Laws, Information Technology and Law from Queensland University of Technology, as well as an Executive Masters of Public Health/Healthcare Administration/Management from Columbia University.

AFS Logistics names Nathan Johnson as CIO

Johnson joins the organization from Werner Enterprises, where he was senior vice president and CIO. He had previously held the same role with Ports America. In his new role, Johnson will oversee process excellence and innovation, as well as on-time IT execution across the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Logistics from The Max M. Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University.

Shawn Harrs appointed CIO for Ygrene Energy Fund

Harrs, who has more than 20 years of IT leadership experience, will be responsible for all IT strategy for the organization, particularly the utilization of state-of-the-art technologies in order to target new areas of growth. He had previously held senior IT roles with Bang Energy, NBC Universal Media, Lennar, and The Walt Disney Company. Harrs holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida, an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University.

Federal Reserve Bank of Boston announces Matthew Postulka as Senior Vice President, Technology & Operations, CIO

Postulka will oversee the Business Technology Solutions group as well as the Information Security team, as well as operations for cash and wholesale payments. He joins the organization from Arbella Insurance where he was Assistant Vice President, Information Technology, as well as, most recently Deputy CIO. Postulka has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Providence College, and an MBA from Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

YMCA of USA appoints Siva Balu as CIO

Balu joins the organization from Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where he had been for many years, most recently as Executive Director & Head of Enterprise IT. In his new role, he will be tasked with rethinking and reorganizing the IT department of the Y-USA – supporting the national office and local chapters. Balu holds a Bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication engineering from Bharathiar University in India, and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Mark Rohrwasser hired as CIO with Silicon Valley Bank

Rohrwasser has a BS degree from the State University of New York at Albany and an MBA from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.

Azam brings nearly 20 years of technology leadership experience to his new role. Most recently, he was CTO with Brown Brothers Harriman, where he had been for several years. Arthur Hubbs appointed Corporate Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer with Charles River Labs

Hubbs rejoins the firm, where he had previously been Corporate Senior Vice President, IT and Chief Information Officer from 2010 until 2015. He brings more than 25 years of IT leadership and experience. He will lead the global IT enterprise, delivering technology and data security solutions company wide. He had previously been Vice President and Worldwide Head of Informatics for Pfizer. Hubbs holds a B.S. degree in Finance from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and an M.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University.

Cornerstone Building Brands announces Ram Manukonda as CIO

Manukonda brings more than 20 years of global IT leadership to the role. He joins the company from Evoqua Water Technologies, where he was Vice President and CIO. Prior to that, he was with CONTECH Engineered Solutions for many years, most recently as Vice President and CIO. Manukonda holds an undergraduate degree from RVR College of Engineering as well as an MS in electrical engineering from University of Nebraska – Lincoln.

In her new role, she is responsible for running the global IT organization, including front- and back-end technology, infrastructure, working with distributors and internal clients to create a vast digital experience, in addition to all aspects of the company’s IT strategy and implementation. Previous roles include chief information & technology officer with Estee Lauder Companies and senior vice president, managing director global technology & infrastructure for AIG. Vetere holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Mason University.

Bayer names Bijoy Sagar as chief information technology & digital transformation officer

Sagar, formerly chief digital technology officer for Stryker for more than five years, has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare and chemical industries. Prior roles include IT leadership positions with Merck, Takeda Oncology, and Amgen. Sagar studied science at the University of Mumbai as well as at Northeastern University.

Edward Aractingi named CIO for William & Mary

Aractingi was previously CIO for Marshall University, where he had been for 15 years. In his new role, he will lead information technology for the university. TravelCenters of America appoints Sandy Rapp as CIO and senior vice president of IT

Kris Rao named Chief information and digital officer with HNI Corporation

Rao will spearhead enterprise-wide IT and digital strategy, while taking advantage of opportunities to innovate digital business models within the company. He joins the organization from Ricoh, where he had been vice president of information technology/CIO. Rao holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronics and telecommunications Engineering from Bangalore University and a Master of Science degree in software and data engineering from Mississippi State University.

Maryjo Zaborowski appointed senior vice president & CIO with Parexel

Zaborowski joins the company from the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where she had been vice president, R&D CIO. Prior to that, she was vice president, global head R&D information services for Merck Group. Zaborowski attended the University of California, Berkeley.

American Electric Power names Therace Risch as Senior Vice President and CIO

Risch will oversee all technology initiatives – including innovation, IT, digital, and telecommunications – for the organization. She joins the company from J.C. Penney, where she was executive vice president, chief information & digital officer. Prior to that, Risch was executive vice president & CIO with COUNTRY Financial. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and mathematics from Ripon College.

Ashish Parmar named as CIO for Tapestry

Parmar was promoted from senior vice president, global head of enterprise solutions to CIO, where he is responsible for the company’s global technology. Previously, he was vice president, global supply Chain solutions, software engineering, and enterprise architecture with Coach, where he had been for several years.

Parmar holds a BS degree in business logistics from Penn State University and an MS degree in management, information systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Steve Palmucci joins Covetrus as Global CIO

Palmucci comes to the organization from Rentokil North America, where he was CIO. Prior to that, he was senior vice president and CIO with TiVo. In his new role, he leads the company’s global information technology operations. He has a deep track record of helping insurance, pharmaceutical, media, entertainment and technology companies meet evolving business and customer demands in the digital age. Palmucci has a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Catholic University of America and holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University – Erivan K. Haub School of Business.

Vikram Nair named senior vice president, CIO at Amneal Pharmaceuticals

Holly Walters promoted to CIO and Group Vice President with Toyota Motor North America

Walters, previously President and CEO of Toyota Financial Savings Bank, was promoted to her new role with Toyota North America, where she will be responsible for the company’s information systems, solutions and technology. She joined Toyota Financial Savings Bank in 2007 as CTO. Walters holds an MBA from Ohio State University.
