Mike Amend is Ford’s new Chief Digital and Information Officer

Amend had been president of Online at Lowe’s for the past three years. Previously, he held similar roles at JCPenney and The Home Depot. At Ford, Amend reports to President and CEO, Jim Farley. Amend will lead Ford’s Technology and Software Platform, which consists of the Enterprise Information Technology, Global Data Insight and Analytics, and Ford Business Solutions functions. Amend holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Services from Oklahoma State University, and completed the executive program at Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Previously, he was the head of Digital Technology and a member of the Chase Technology Leadership Team. Prior to joining Chase, Haus was Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Enterprise Products and Platforms for Capital One. He holds a BS Degree in Decision and Information Systems from University of Maryland.

Bhasin first joined Bank of America in 2004, and most recently served as head of Consumer, Small Business, Wealth Management and Employee Technology. Previously, he led Bank of America’s Marketing, Analytics and Digital Banking business. He serves as executive sponsor for the Black Leadership Advisory Council across Technology & Operations, and as Bank of America’s co-executive sponsor of the nonprofit organization Girls Who Code. He is a trustee of Hamilton College, and of the Discovery Place science and technology museums for children in the Carolinas. Bhasin holds Master’s degrees in Computer Engineering and Engineering Management from Dartmouth College, and undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Computer Science from Hamilton College.

Crescitelli will continue to report to Ian Trombley, President of Operations and Technology. He earned a BA in Communications and Public Relations from Marist College.

Conklin joined the Library of Congress, the world’s largest library, in 1997, and has served as deputy chief information officer since 2015. In her new role she reports to Librarian of Congress, Carla Hayden. A cybersecurity expert, Conklin has been recognized by Federal Computer Week as one of the nation’s top federal IT professionals for her work strengthening the Library’s IT security posture. She began her career in the U.S. Army, retiring as a major, and has served as a technical consultant specializing in network engineering, information security and telecommunications with AT&T, Booz Allen & Hamilton and Raytheon. Conklin holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

He earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Brown University, and an MD in Medicine from Cornell University Weill Medical College.
