Tom M. Garrison

Thomas (Tom) M. Garrison is vice president of Client Computing Group (CCG) and general manager of connected home and commercial client (CHC) at Intel Corporation. He oversees the desktop, business client and channel platforms and the smart home and gateway business.

Garrison joined Intel in 1994. Most recently, as the general manager of the business client platforms group, where he had responsibility for Intel’s business client and Intel vPro strategies across the breadth of Intel platforms.

Previously in CCG, Garrison was the general manager of the data center engineering group. Prior to this role, he led the data center strategic planning organization responsible for Intel’s data center silicon and platform roadmaps across all data center market segments.

Garrison holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Portland State University in Oregon and has a patent pending in the field of mobile computing device technology and systems.
