Daniel F. Glazier, PMP, LSSGB, PSM, is a Sr. Project Manager at RTI International. He has over a decade of experience managing multi-million dollar projects spanning highly technical fields including healthcare, infrastructure and social development, in highly complex political and cultural environments both domestically and internationally. With a strong cross-disciplinary background in development, policy, research, and business, Daniel has been a creative problem-solver and organizational change leader in the areas of project management, finance, procurement, enterprise risk management, and business development.
Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Mr. Glazier was a Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellow at Duke University, where he obtained a M.A. of International Development Policy and a Graduate Certificate in Latin American and Caribbean Studies. A dual U.S.-Canadian citizen, Daniel has country experience across North America, Latin America and Africa (including Portuguese-speaking Africa).
Daniel's current focus is in on projects to improve the U.S. health system for the most vulnerable as well as health systems in low and middle-income countries. This work includes payment and service delivery reform and spans data analytics, clinical oncology, pharmacology, and quality measures. Daniel has had the fortune of developing business and working with federal clients at the forefront of cutting-edge initiatives, including the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), President's Emergency Plan For AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and President's Malaria Initiative (PMI), as well as experience with a number of other domestic and international clients, including private foundations.
