Fabiano Rosa is an Experienced Manager in PricewaterhouseCooper’s Consulting and Deals practice in Toronto. Fabiano is an ITIL V3 and Green Belt Lean Six Sigma professional. He has over nine years of experience working for companies within the consulting, financial and telecommunications industries in Canada and abroad.

Fabiano focuses on providing clients with a range of Management Consulting services most notably (1) Large Scale Outsourcing, (2) Shared Services Strategy, (3) Third Party Sourcing Risk Management and Technology trends within the context of (1), (2) and (3).

Fabiano has provided consulting services on numerous IT Outsourcing and Shared Services Projects, where he led the client through the ITO / Shared Services lifecycle, including building relevant business cases, strategy formulation to vendor evaluation and selection / target operating model deployment. As well, Fabiano has extensive experience with RFPs, Governance and Service Catalogues, having provided subject matter expertise on those areas for most of its Sourcing Clients.

Fabiano is also an Industry Leadership Council Member with The Outsourcing Institute (OI) based in NYC, a neutral professional association dedicated solely to outsourcing, providing information, research, networking opportunities and customized outsourcing services and solutions to the outsourcing industry. OI is recognized worldwide for its intellectual capital, outsourcing practice expertise and unbiased thought leadership.
