As Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of NTT DATA Services, Kris Fitzgerald leads the organization’s client innovation programs and IT Strategy Consulting Practice. Kris’ team leverages NTT Group R&D and related investments to enhance service delivery and help clients develop IT strategies that maximize return on innovation, modernization and transformation efforts.
Kris has 40 years of progressive experience in the IT sector, spanning various industries including technology, EFT, telecom, healthcare, staffing, loyalty, manufacturing, professional services, retail, financial services, public sector and higher education.
Prior to his current role with NTT DATA, Kris served in the Office of the CTO for Dell Services where he led the IT Strategy Practice and the development of the organization’s cloud & cyber security portfolio strategies.
