Mike Lamble is an independent analyst and recognized visionary in the field of data integration and analytics. An accomplished adviser and program leader for Fortune 1000 companies, he has led transformational initiatives for major U.S. banks and telecommunications companies, and for business units of IBM and Hewlett-Packard.

Mike is passionate about ensuring that modern data platforms achieve bimodal mandates for speed to delivery on one hand and enterprise-class manageability and security on the other. He began his career as a programmer building real-time, multicurrency trading and settlement systems. Since then, he has led the architecting and deployment of world-class customer data integration applications in multiple industries.

An author and frequent speaker at industry events, Mike most recently was the CEO of Clarity Solution Group. Before joining Clarity, he was a practice leader in IBM’s business analytics and optimization unit, worldwide vice president of professional services at Greenplum, president of XtremeData and managing practice leader at Knightsbridge Solutions.

Mike attended Columbia University and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago.
