Ross McCristal heads a CIO Search Practice, recruiting CIOs as well as supporting professionals who provide strategic leadership and transformation. Ross draws on over 11 years’ experience recruiting across Europe for organizations of various size, from SMEs to major blue chips.

He began his career in recruitment in 2004 with a global FTSE 250 recruitment company shortly after graduating from Manchester University. Ross has since developed his expertise in executive search having built a European wide network.

Ross has exposure to market and technology disruption. His route to market has been tracking disruption and supporting organisations overcome challenges as well as supporting businesses in future proofing.

During his career Ross as seen the role of the CIO office expand its footprint within organisations, as a result Ross has developed a multidisciplinary approach to the market.

Ross is known as a conduit for "knowledge exchange," bringing organizations and technology professionals together through select round-tables.
