Tim Grosser is Head of Digital Transformation at IATA. His responsibilities include using digital technology to help drive product innovation and process improvements within IATA and across the industry. Tim is a member of the IATA Ideation Hub, which is an industry change program that aims to transform the entire passenger journey through the implementation of innovative solutions. Areas of specialization include digital strategy, Open API strategy, internet of things, artificial intelligence and wearables.

In addition, Tim hosts the bi-annual IATA CIO Forum which brings together Airline and Airport CIOs and senior IT executives to leverage digital transformation for the aviation industry.

Previously, Tim managed enterprise platforms, such as SAP, Salesforce and Sharepoint. Tim is based in Geneva, Switzerland.
