IT is developing  e-services to become more cost effective and encouraging staff to be more modern and flexible in their working practices.Always looking to improve efficiency and operations  of the council. Technologies considered by the leader to offer their organisation potential:Leading a government cloud pilot which is considered very important. The council  is already using virtualisation at server level with mobile devices. Future transformation and technology vision for the organisation:Warwickshire County Council want to develop web services and make information about the council more public by opening data to the community. The council is looking at a consumerisation agenda to allow the workforce to use iPads and Blackberry devices for work.
