Stephan Potter likes a challenge as Head of Technology Innovation at beauty products retailer Neal's Yard Remedies. Last year Potter and his team migrated the business to Office 365, rolling out Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Skype and OneDrive. Accompanied by e-learning training across the entire business, his digital transformation programme now has the backing of digital expertise. They have also moved on-premise applications to third-party cloud hosting and Microsoft Azure.
