The hospital used SAS Strategic Performance Management for Healthcare to improve health services, patient experience and business management. The system helps BWH turn data from more than 80 disparate sources that relate to 50,000 patient encounters per year into strategy for operations throughout the hospital, whether in a patient-care setting or in the business office.
