Project Description:
Continental Casualty Company used business process management technology to design integrated applications for managing account information, invoices, order processes and customer service. By using BPM tools, the company was able to build application components more quickly, and the project began to pay for itself within 16 months. The new processes have saved the company $23.5 million through reductions in write-off expenses, eliminated collections consulting and decrease in bad debt reserves, among other benefits.
