After announcing a formal business channel focused on Dells indirect business (Resellers, VARs, etc.), Dell deployed its PartnerDirect portal to support its new, "indirect" business channel for resellers. The company and its reseller partners use the system for deal registration, messaging and on-boarding. Dell said the system, which is rolling out globally, has contributed to annual revenue of $12 billion generated from 18,000 new partner deals along with a 70 percent increase in yearly revenue growth for certified partners selling Dell products and services.
