Project Description:
The Dominos Pizza Tracker lets customers log in to Dominos website, place an order and track it from start to finish, encouraging customers to place online orders. Allowing customers to view operational data reduced perceived wait time. After receiving their pizza, customers have the option to send feedback on a scale of 1-5. Dominos then collects information on product quality and customer service and displays it in each store on leader boardsdriving competition among franchises and further improving operations. By encouraging store-to-store competition, the number of orders that leave the store within 15 minutes of ordering increased by 10 percent.
