Gazelle, Quest Diagnostics mobile health application for Blackberry, iPhone, and Android smartphones, lets patients see, store and share their Quest Diagnostics laboratory test results. It also helps them manage their medical information, medication information and schedules, as well as physician and emergency contacts. Gazelle is aimed at getting patients involved in managing their health by giving them their personal health information wherever they are and whenever they need it. Gazelle gives patients the tools to help them manage their conditions, including access to their Quest Diagnostics lab test results anywhere, anytime. With Gazelle, patients in select states can receive their test results right on their smartphones. Gazelle also includes a mobile appointment scheduling application that allows patients to either enter their zip codes or use the GPS capabilities on their smartphones to find local Quest Diagnostics locations.
