2013 Winner Profile

Cross Country Home Services

Project Description:
Cross Country Home Services (CCHS) launched a complete transformation of its enterprise technology platform. Dubbed Atrium, this new platform includes ERP, financial and business intelligence systems along with internal and external self-service applications. Although Atrium is a suite of integrated systems, the company managed it as a single project with systems implemented and deployed together. CCHS focused on the end-user experience throughout this undertaking, creating positions for front-end designers and developers to ensure engaging user interfaces and intuitive features. In conjunction with this technology initiative, the company revamped its business processes from the ground up as a way to create new business models and opportunities. CCHS launched Atrium to provide a transformational contact and claims processing system, but the new platform actually transformed every aspect of the business by streamlining existing processes and enabling new ones.
