2013 Winner Profile

Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp.

Project Description:
Project Phoenix replaced this company's expensive legacy applications with software-as-a-service, cloud and open-source applications. The project included telesales, CRM, telephony, business intelligence and data warehouse systems. The company replaced everything with a single, custom-built cloud-based solution called Phoenix, a task undertaken while supporting all existing inherited systems, a sharp increase in the number of sales agents, two new offices and more than 150,000 active customers. The new system yielded benefits such as faster product innovation and sales growth. Pheonix also has a 58 percent lower total cost of ownership than the legacy systems, which led to a ROI in only 12 months.
