Project Description:
This international manufacturer and marketer embarked on a multiyear digital transformation to enable an excellent end-to-end commercial customer experience for both internal and external customers. The first phase focused on improving customer-facing content for 1.2 million product SKUs. The second phase is consolidating 30 systems and 15 customer-facing websites into a common platform, with the goal of generating more revenue through Web and mobile channels. (Brady is also taking a mobile-first approach to e-commerce and new software development.) Customers get richer, more accurate and timely data assets across all channels. And marketing professionals (working closely with IT and development support) are provided the self-service tools to continuously improve the experience.
