Discover was looking to upgrade their legacy banking platforms to better support customers' "always on" lifestyles. So the financial services firm migrated to a state-of-the-art banking platform that produces a consistent customer experience across all of their channels. This required an unprecedented transformation of their entire banking platform from end-to-end, which took more than three years to complete. In that time they redesigned all of their business processes and introduced a high level of automation. Discover's new omnichannel platform has put them in position to drive customer differentiation and loyalty while growing their direct banking business.
