Owens Corning embarked on a complete global transformation of its core operational platform, from manufacturing to customer service. The company combined technologies from several tech vendors, including SAP, to let associates and teams around the world see every aspect of customers' orders in one "pane of glass," including any potential delays in production, warehouse, transportation, billing or pricing that may affect customer orders. The company developed the analytical Customer Resolution Dashboard to allow its supply-chain team to solve problems in real time before they affect the customer.
