Toyota was looking to improve the customer experience and enable its dealers to sell more cars. So the company transformed its Dealer Daily system from a VPN-protected desktop tool into a browser-agnostic mobile tool that dealers can use to access business portals such as inventory, parts and service. Because Dealer Daily is now accessible without a VPN, dealers can access it on mobile devices from anywhere at any time, giving them more opportunities to interact with their customers and provide on-the-spot answers to customer questions. The new Dealer Daily saves dealers time by cutting in half the number of clicks required to accomplish a task.
