As one of the largest water and wastewater utilities in the nation, WSSC has spent the past five years creating and modernizing each of their system. Working diligently to provide modern services that enable direct customer interactions with the proper internal teams while empowering their field-crews with real-time information access, and providing engaged analytics to enhance their customer service and operational efficiencies, the utility provider still could not achieve full integration of these systems. This is where their new Customer Connect solution was brought in to streamline what was once disparate operational paradigms, into a cohesive matrix which incorporates their customers, field-crews and their operations and engineering staff to provide the missing link to tie all of WSSC's backend systems.
