Tam Faktoring

Project Description:
Due to an increase in non-performing loans and competition, financial company Tam Faktoring sought a solution to increase credit decision accuracy and process quality. It's solution: KIOS, an application developed in-house that uses data mining tools and predictive analytics techniques. Among its features, KIOS allows users to access and transform prerequisite data, including credit bureau and application data; includes real-time scoring for credit applications; defines customer segmentation based on financial and historical behavioral data; provides risk-based pricing; and manages auto-approvals and check points. Since deploying KIOS, Tam Faktoring has reduced its bad credit ratio from 8.7 percent to 1.3 percent, and increased its spread for each transaction from 8.6 percent to 11.5 percent.
