Project Description:
In 2008, Servpro decided to make a significant investment to develop major industry differentiators for their business. 4 years later this resulted in the deployment of an entirely new suite of applications which included WorkCenter, DryBook Mobile, Priority Responder and STORM Manager, all supported by the Servpro National Call Center, which is staffed with a dedicated support team. Since the initial deployment of these new applications and business processes, Servpro's job cycle times have been reduced by up to 25 percent and they now enjoy a 2 percent drop in corporate cancelations. They continue to be well on their way to meeting the company's growth strategy of achieving $5 billion in revenue by the year 2020.
