Project Description:
3 years ago the Bank Leumi recognized the need to make several radical changes in their IT organization in order for the bank to focus on the right priorities, and to address the major changes they were experiencing in the financial industry. So in recent years Bank Leumi has been investing extensive resources into developing and enhancing its technological capabilities to provide customers with accessible and advanced banking services. To meet these challenges Bank Leumi choose the SalesForce platform to consolidate all the CRM systems in the bank into one platform. This allowed them to create an enhanced communication channel between the bank and the customers while providing a new sales management system for the retail and the commercial segments providing the bank with significant hardware cost reductions, decreased infrastructure management costs, added time and ability to build new environments and other benefits.
