Banco do Brasil Financial Services has made it their goal to improve clients, shareholders and society's experience with the Brazilian bank by developing a new value proposition for the clients called BB Estilo Digital. A remote banking service project, BB Estilo Digital is intended for high income clients, and is designed to emphasize the relationship, offer convenience, speed and ease of use. The banks new application also provides new technologies and financial advice from specialized consultants, as well as priority seating at various channels, by appointment while leveraging real-time tools such instant messaging and video chat. Use of the new BB Estilo Digital has increased service capacity by over 37 percent, increased the customer contribution margin by over 40 percent, and has provided increased customer contact and satisfaction for the financial services provider.
