Project Description:
AT&T's customer's desire effortless integration of all communications and entertainment. Knowing this, the communications giant set out to re-invent their approach to exceed their customer's expectations. They would accomplish this by strengthening their DIRECTV Dotcom Product Delivery Organization. And so in June 2014 the agile transformation of people, processes, products and technologies for the Dotcom product line began. The Dotcom website is now the primary revenue generating platform for DIRECTV's entertainment services delivering an increase of 38,000 additional digital video streams, 49,000 recordings and 3,400 pay per view purchases within the first month, and providing a 200 percent increase in sales for their NFL OTT product.
