MyDPS provides the company's route-to-market teams with instant access to up-to-date and accurate promotional materials and product information that they can quickly and professionally present to their retail customers. Ensuring this happens completely and accurately across all of the company's internal bottling and packaged goods operations as well as the more than 1000 independent bottlers that manufacture and distribute Dr Pepper Snapple Group products is critical to successful commercial execution. The MyDPS suite has driven increased sales through the timely and accurate communication of promotions to its field sales teams; improved the productivity of the entire commercial execution organization; and increased execution and improved the accuracy of Dr Pepper Snapple Group's retail store programs and promotions.
