By September 2016, employee-owned Eurpac Service Inc., had implemented its project NEXUS across 1,500 retail locations in 19 countries. Eurpac is a global sales, marketing and distribution company serving consumer goods manufacturers and servicing leading retailers, including the U.S. government resale systems. NEXUS combines large, disparate data sources to revolutionize the retail industry's best practices for understanding every shopper and delivering the right combination of products and services to each individual. NEXUS is the central link — the hub — of tools and talent that Eurpac employees designed and connected to re-invent 'the art of the possible' to enable the company to make better decisions about where to invest its cash in product inventory and labor in retail stores. NEXUS empowers Eurpac to put the right product, at the right location, at the right time. In addition, NEXUS connects these product decisions to direct Eurpac's retail service resources, i.e., NEXUS empowers Eurpac to put retail service at the right place at the right time to make the sale.
