Project Description:
JLL created MapIT to help clients make timely and accurate real estate location and investment decisions. MapIT is a cloud-based, enterprise-level, global location intelligence platform used for corporate location planning and site selection. MapIT enables JLL brokers and consultants to access over 150,000 data points from 140 countries to deliver real-time, accurate location-based data and insights for client projects. MapIT's content library includes interactive templates in a self-service platform focused on business lines. This client-centric platform lets a user create a unique map or application in minutes to share with the client by automating analytics, removing duplication, breaking down organizational silos and connecting JLL analysts around the world. MapIT has helped JLL teams complete client assignments, generating over $5.7 million in 12 months. MapIT users are closing transactions more quickly, reducing sales risk and sharing expertise to build innovative new MapIT apps and services.
