Machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) are at the center of Capital One's strategy to win in the future of banking by powering more personalized, real-time, intelligent solutions for its millions of customers. Since its founding, Capital One has been a data-driven disruptor in financial services. In 2017, Capital One continued to expand on that legacy by harnessing technology, data analytics and machine learning to deliver innovative new customer experiences that bring humanity, ingenuity and simplicity to banking. These efforts included the creation of a new Center for Machine Learning to scale the company's in-house machine learning skills and capabilities in building proprietary machine learning models, as well as the launch of innovative new AI-powered digital products for customers, such as Eno, Capital One's intelligent assistant. These efforts are central to the creation of new digital tools and experiences that are driving extremely high customer satisfaction across mobile apps, conversational AI platforms and call centers.
