Project Description:
ParcelAccess was the first-ever custom designed application of its kind in Dutchess County, New York, that provides digital geographic information system map data to the public. ParcelAccess offers web-based access to pertinent county property information for more than 110,000 parcels of land. ParcelAccess has become the universal tool for obtaining property information, including property photos, well reports, maps, lot dimensions, aerial photos, assessment information and site improvements. People who benefit from the use of ParcelAccess include title searchers, engineers, bankers, real estate agents, local government staff and the general public. The ParcelAccess application has proven to be incredibly successful with more than 50 million parcel requests per year from visitors in 50 states and 114 countries. ParcelAccess has realized an estimated annual savings of $14 million that's shared between county, businesses, municipalities and the public. ParcelAccess also integrates with 10 other public-facing applications, making it easier to share information.
