Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI)

Project Description:
Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) needed its 23,000 employees across 63 countries to collaborate and stay connected as one team. Today, over 98 percent of employees actively leverage its Workplace platform to transform enterprise connectivity and brainstorm. LTI's bots solutions and automated workflows drove self-service culture and helped re-design the way the company connects with each other, its customers, candidates and vendors. LTI implemented cloud-based business productivity tools that employees use to enhance mobility, agility and global collaboration. The company's solution has enabled business functions such as human resources, internal IT, corporate services marketing and others to crowd source their ideas and collaborate across departments. LTI has achieved a 30 percent reduction in help desk tickets, a 64 percent improvement in response and resolution, live video streaming for higher engagement levels as well as just-in-time and up-to-date video training. By encouraging an online employee community based on respectful, enlightened conversations and problem solving, LTI is now evolving and transforming from a hierarchical organization to a global community of engaged employees.
