PSEG customers who own the Amazon Alexa virtual assistant can now receive information related to their energy footprint, including usage, outstanding balance, bill due date, and energy efficiency tips. They can also pay their bills using the virtual assistant. Customers who used to spend time traveling to a customer service center or searching for a number to call, can now get the same services with minimal time and effort. Over 2,000 customers enabled the skill in the first six weeks, and those customers made over 10,000 unique requests within that time.
