Project Description:
With its Education Transformation & Scale project, Workday upgraded its training tools and processes, including new tools for students and instructors, 'zoom rooms' for both on-campus and remote training, and automated generation and shutdown of individual training environments for students to experience hands-on learning on their own schedule. All customers now have a set of standard reports and dashboards, which dynamically depict which courses are taken, when, and by whom. The 'Learn Independent' format allows students to consume training at any time, and Workday has been able to expand reach into markets that do not have enough demand to warrant in-person classes. Also, Workday's training invoicing process has been reduced by 80% through automation, from 80 hours/month to around 10 to 15 hours/month.
