Great Wolf's Artificial Intelligence Lexicographer (GAIL) helps digest the mountain of unstructured data Great Wolf collects from guest comments and provides meaningful insight into improving overall satisfaction. One simple project, to track the towels used in the company's water parks, delivered significant savings and is expected to add 20% to revenue per occupied room over the next two years. Traffic to the corporate website increased by 20%.
