Project Description:
The team delivered a new national accounts app, then followed it up with a customer relations system that streamlines back-office tasks and provides customized service reports, among other benefits. The company spent less than $1 million and had a 12-month payback period. Along the way, Rollins used agile techniques to re-engineer its entire application development process. The customer relations app was delivered in five months, half the time that traditional coding would have taken. Customers now have easy-to-use, web-self-service options, giving them the ability to track past and future jobs, run reports, and receive alerts based on findings from their technician within 20 minutes of a visit, something that previously took up to 36 hours.
