CRM provider Salesforce is adding a host of features to its Automotive Cloud, including Automotive Loan, Lease Console, and connected car capabilities.
Along with new AI-powered capabilities, the ERP provider is adding new enterprise performance management tools and features to its suite.
The company, in a regulatory filing, said it is in the process of negotiating with the US Internal Revenue Service. The notices correspond to tax years 2004 to 2013.
The second cloud region in Monterrey, providing over 100 OCI services, is part of Oracle's plan to compete with AWS, Google and Microsoft, and cash in on enterprise interest in generative AI.
At CloudWorld, the company said it is planning to add over 50-plus generative AI use cases across its Fusion Cloud suites in the next six months.
The new updates include changes to different applications within Oracle's ERP, HCM, EPM, and SCM Fusion Clouds.
The bulk of the new hires are expected to help innovate and boost sales of the company’s popular products, such as the Salesforce Data Cloud.
The company said it expects cloud revenue to grow 29% to 31% in the second quarter of 2024, even as the overall business grows in single digits.
