    Avery Cloud is a respected information technology veteran with experience spanning healthcare, global manufacturing, and consulting. He has served as Chief Information Officer at a variety of organizations such as, CHI St. Luke’s Health in Houston, New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, N.C., INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, and Novant Health in Winston-Salem, N.C.

    Avery has conducted successful turnarounds for underperforming IT organizations, partnered with senior leaders to integrate IT planning into corporate strategic plans, and is a respected expert in IT Service Delivery. He is also a trained performance improvement leader with experience implementing LEAN Daily Management in large healthcare organizations, as well as using LEAN Six Sigma to improve clinical, business, and IT operations and putting millions of dollars on the bottom line.

    Avery also has experience leading innovation for organizations, organizing innovation centers, implementing systematic innovation into the corporate culture, and partnering with external partners and the community to find innovation ideas that support the key objectives of organizations.

    He has successfully led clinical, medical, and business informatics departments as well as business intelligence and analytics to bring higher levels of operational insights to executive teams and clinicians.
