Splunk Expands AI and Machine Learning Capabilities to Deliver Predictive IT Service Intelligence

IT operations analytics has traditionally been weighted toward troubleshooting using log analysis often in combination with other data sources to help identify root causes. Yet today, there has been an increased move toward the use of predictive analytics as IT organisations that are familiar with using log analysis for troubleshooting move toward adopting more proactive measures to prevent service slowdowns and outages from occurring.
