Balancing Security and Remote Working During the Pandemic in the Middle East

Across the Middle East and globally, nationwide lockdowns led to an overnight surge in remote working, Zoom meetings, and virtual schooling. Today’s offices are no longer centralised, they are spread across multiple homes and are under siege from varied threats such as exposed unsuitable hardware and non-firewalled environments. This CIO paper examines responses from IT and security managers to better understand the remote working landscape among Middle Eastern businesses and understand why dynamic security is needed for this new environment.
