Clayton will be responsible for corporate, manufacturing, and research and development operations in EROAD’s global markets. Clayton joined EROAD in 2008 as a solutions architect and has held several key positions at the company. His most recent role was Executive Vice President of Engineering, managing a team of 70. “I’ve seen EROAD develop from a tiny start-up into a global business that employs close to 200 people, and I’m excited to be here for the company’s next phase of growth,” says Clayton, in a statement. “EROAD’s track record of product innovation and its dedication to providing real value to customers continues to be inspiring.” “Jarred was one of our first software engineers and was instrumental in building our initial platform,” says EROAD CEO Steven Newman. “He has extensive knowledge of EROAD’s business, products and technology, and has been vital to the company’s success.
